Toronto's recent DX3 conference showed off some of the new technologies that tech savvy retailers can now apply to give their customers a better instore experience.

Executive summary

Retailers are keen to discover new avenues of advantage over their (seemingly more convenient) rival, websites.

"The store, in essence, is becoming a physical website."
